DO NOT DEFROST. Flatbread may be cooked prior to topping or after topping. If cooking before topping: method 1 is to deep fry at 350°F for 35 seconds. Method 2 is to bake in a convection oven at 425°F for 5 minutes, use a pizza screen or right on the rack. Oven temperatures vary… adjust accordingly.
